Ashleigh Hart

Co-Founder

Ashleigh Hart is Co-Founder of Public Square Strategies, where she plays a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that advance leadership, community engagement, and organizational growth.

As a mother of three boys, Ashleigh has spent the last twenty five years advocating for not only her children but the underserved teachers, parents and students alike who need a voice.

Ashleigh has advocated for and raised awareness for those with Special Needs. Her voice became a beacon of hope when she fought for her youngest son against a local tyrannical government in 2013 and won in 2016. It wasn't just her, an entire community and beyond came together for a purpose. She took the term "You can fight City Hall and Win" to heart and she stands by those words today.

With a focus on operational execution, communication strategy, and relationship development, Ashleigh helps ensure that vision is translated into effective, real-world impact. She brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to working with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Ashleigh is passionate about strengthening communities and supporting leaders who are committed to making a meaningful difference. Her work contributes to building the infrastructure and support systems necessary for sustainable growth and long-term success.

Through her role at Public Square Strategies, Ashleigh works alongside clients to help implement strategy, streamline processes, and support initiatives that influence both culture and community.
